That's a bummer, Rob: when you attended a couple of years ago, were they on different dates then?
I skipped Bayou Wars.

Aha! There's a good way to do it. Skip one or the other, every other year.

Which one did you skip last year?

NTRPG. The deal is, I get to play D&D every couple of weeks and another rpg in between. I rarely get to wargame.

I don't need a ride, but could really use a Get Out of the Office card right about now!

You and me, both, man. Exactly right now. Especially if the card comes with a beer.

Yes. Philotomy and Dungeon Dork. I read in another thread that you have a gun at your house, Matt. Go get those guys and kidnap 'em for the weekend.

Philotomy's arsenal is not something I'm going near with my popgun. Moral suasion is about all I've got. That and the threat of neener-neenering at them once I'm there. Dork's presence is going to be seriously, seriously missed ... he has the map.

The DUNGEON MASTERS GUIDE City of Brass cover is good and bad at the same time. While its very representational of a high level adventure, it sends a clear message to the dumb: Satan is going to cornhole Miss USA with a big red member and theres nothing science or the military can do about it. - Gene Weigel

Damn, PJ! You haven't made it to NTX for at least a couple years. Did you just attend the first year?

Yeah, just the one time. June hasn't been a good month for my scheduling, unfortunately.

Yes, yes yes! Mike & Doug must move the date from this awful month of June! It is the will of Landru!
