Hmmm. When I tried to submit the registration for him, I got this message:

The username you entered is already in use, please select an alternative.
The password you entered is too short.
The password confirmation you entered is too short.
The entered e-mail address is already in use.

Opened an account under "Marcel". I got an e-mail, but then try to post here and it said "Marcel" was already in use, so I tried "keps" and it worked.

I think Marcel is somebody else, P&P. Keps tried that one and it was already in use, so opened another under "Keps", if I understand him aright.
