Given your predilection for ordering a shot and a Guinness, you might try an "Irish Car Bomb," which is a shot in a Guinness. Normally, I don't drink shots and don't like to pollute my Guinness, but every once in a while I'll have an Irish Car Bomb. (Drink it fast or it gets funky.)

Those are good for sure. I used to do them in my wilder days back when I was scamming bar hags, heh. Crafty creatures, those bar hags.
