Awesome -- mean ole Grodog just slaughtered my peeps Apone and Ferro (they were kicking ass)!WSmith wrote:I cannot tell you guys how awesome this trip is. The Blue Rabbit is a dangerous place to carouse... but so worth it! I love playing in Jeff's game on G+ and would kill to play in person with him. Jealousy aboundscapitalbill wrote:Just survived an extremely successful delve down to the deeps of Castle Dungadel/Caves of Myrrdin.
We...
-killed the Mad Unicorn
-went down to the dragon's turf
-looked down to Hell
-sent a lich down to Hell
-survived!
And to top it off, I successfully caroused at the Blue Rabbit and didn't join the Church of Satan or fall in love with a married woman.

You know he means the first ever in the history of the game right?
Anyway, simply amazing!

I've killed 3 PCs in the last 2 days. This is good times for a DM.
And all of my character's have lived. Tomorrow morn's is Grodog's Castle Greyhawk delve. TacoJohn's Barsoom game was my favorite so far this con.

Re: GaryCon IV Planning
And unfortunately my time here at Gary Con has run out. I depart the Lodge early in the morning.
Managed to get one last game in tonight- a fun (but short) Tekumel session. Our party of mostly unremarkable misfits barely managed to even make it into the underworld and were on the whole pretty inept. Hilarity ensued and then we managed to get locked/sealed into a burial crypt. The session basically ended with the survivors being sent to hell.
Second time today my character gazed upon eternal damnation. Fun times! More pictures and anecdotes late Sunday after I'm home.

Still searching for that walking treasure chest...
