I will be there right with you. :)
Cool. Maybe we can alternate between heckling the DM and heckling the players.

One of us is bound to die - maybe that creates an opportunity to step in as well.

Ghul, looks like I will be missing out unless I can observe, which would be alright too.

I have only two events as of right now:

Sat
10 AM tacojohn's Barsoom AD&D game
6 PM Battle of the Moathouse with Paul Stormberg (which I have been wanting to do since I saw grodog's pics of when he played.)

I am still considering a few others but not sure yet. If you guys are looking at doing some open gaming Saturday afternoon, I will keep that time frame open.
I'm sure I will run one or two unscheduled games, WS + Taco. Glad to hear that fellow K&KAers will be in my games. That should make it extra fun, with extra beer, extra laughs, and extra death! ;)

I was not at home until later on registration day, and by the time I got there, your games were already full. My Saturday afternoon is wide open, so if you do run one at that time, give me a holler.

Maybe we should have an ASSoH game with all the folks that didn't make it to the table. ;)

So what airport is nearest to Garycon? I am ready to get plane tickets.

Mitchell, in Milwaukee is closest, I think, but I have heard of people flying into Chicago or smaller regional airports near Lake Geneva.

I would do Mitchell unless the rates are just astronomical compared to the alternatives.

The lodge is about 50 miles from the airport, which likely won't be cheap by taxi. I would call the airport to get quotes for a taxi and then compare it against renting a car. I rented a car last year (and am doing so again this year).

The GaryCon people are also arranging a shuttle, but I don't know what the times are. I would check the website.

I am just going to get a car. It's not that much.

Looks like there is a shuttle, but it's 15 bucks.
