Connecticut's First Old School/Vintage RPG Con, Oct. 16!

Post by Joethelawyer »

Just a reminder:

The first annual Connecticut Old School/Vintage RPG Gaming Convention, FalCon, is being held Saturday October 16th, 2010 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 PM at the Falcon Grove in Middletown, CT. The address is 144 Prout Hill Road, Middletown, CT.

The con is focused on older RPG's, not just older versions of D&D. It promises to be a great time, and lots of slots are already listed. You can pay at the door.
Check out the site for more info:

Hope to see you all there!

I'm on the wrong coast (though that didn't stop Tavis Allison from attending our SoCal event in August), but this looks like a very cool event and I hope it's a huge success. Between this, GaryCon, North Texas RPG Con and our own modest SoCal mini-con we're sweeping the nation. Now all those K&K bums down in Florida need to finally get together and organize something! :P

That doesn't sound too lame at all but I don't even know my schedule yet.

Word. There's, like, a whole bunch of our kind down that way. Maybe even over 6! Make a little con Floridians!

Well, the upside is, we are all in Central Florida. I think SciFi City might host it (man I miss 1701). I wonder what the critical mass is to call yourself a "con"?

I would come down and bring my brother. He still lives in Gainesville.

I'll be at Fal-Con on Oct. 16! I hope to see some fellow K&KA members there.
