Joseph Batten was the senior manager for both Gleemax and DDI. While Randy Buehler is top dog over DDI, I wonder what effect this will have.

In any case, sad news.

Sad.

I've often heard from a reliable source that the work environment at WOTC is not always enjoyable. Wonder if work related BS added to this?

Who knows? Work-related stress might have been a contributing factor (I think Gleemax bit the dust right before this happened), but it might also have had nothing to do with it.

Sad, in any case.

Terrible, and a horrible thing for their families and friends to have to come to terms with.

I just hate hearing stories like this.

So sad that these sort of things happen.

Just be glad they aren't connecting it to the hobby.
