Trying to find an old cartoon

I was telling a friend of mine about this funny cartoon I once saw and darn if I can't remember where it was from!

Big dumb looking ogre/orc guy wearing a t-shirt that says "Cannon Fodder" (with his finger up his nose" and the caption was "Doesn't matter what the shirt says, just charge when we say charge".

is this a Dragon cartoon? Was it from the old Space Gamer, maybe a cartoon from a mailer or some such? Some other publication? This being a collection of grognards, hopefully someone can help me out here.

It is from a Dragon Magazine and from what I remember one of the issues from #60-#90.
