Post by jgbrowning »

Just want to let everyone know that we've sent out all pre-orders of Advanced Adventures #1: The Pod-Caverns of the Sinister Shroom to everyone who pre-ordered! They should be arriving for most everyone within 7 business days.

Thanks,

Just got mine today and it looks great! I'll give it a good read this weekend, but from first glance I think it fits right into where my party is going next!

Thanks!

Got home to find the module waiting for me! I like the layout and the art - need to find some time to read thru it over the weekend. I'm not much of a reviewer, but I'll do what I can!! So far, so good!

I'm really looking forward to hearing peoples' experiences with it, and what people think. It's designed for a rollicking gaming session with a lot of "oh, sh*t" moments for the players.

I've just got some people at work to agree to a weekly, after-work D&D game. I'm going to place the Shroom's cave in the Haunted Highlands, not far from Tegel Manor. I'm not willing to wait for the Crater of Umeshti to be detailed for me, so I'm delving my own full-sized, classic-style dungeon there.

I avoid the most common classic modules because too many people have played them. That's something I like about the new stuff coming out: the players can't have experienced it before.

Joe,
I just looked at the ERP website and didn't see the module listed. Is it on a different website? Can it be ordered online?
