World of Arkara: Gazetteer of the Canterbury Isles

The Canterbury Isles are an idyllic region, once the western edge of the mighty Kingdom of Damask, they were set adrift when that empire descended into the flames of anarchy.

Since then, the largest human settlement in the region, Bondaea, has become a city obsessed with order, dominated by the priests of lawful deities, the Duke has turned the city into a police state, with random identity checks and the gates separating the four quarters of the city locked at night.

Worse, the Duke has fallen under the spell of Therran the White, god of racial purity and forced all demi-humans in the city into the slum quarter.

This action, combined with the clear-cutting of human loggers on the island has move the humans and elves to the edge of a race war that will devastate the isles forever.

Now is the time for heroes. But will they decide the conflict in favor of one side or the other or find a way to prevent a senseless war before it can begin?

I just published an OSRIC compatible module and some corresponding "delve format" rooms on RPGNow

The module's name is The Secrets of the Summoning Chamber.

It it not just the module, but also some really awesome artwork by Steve Robertson. Think Barrier Peaks type art, ALL IN COLOR!

There are also to-scale "battle tiles" that can be printed for easy use in play. They give the players a better feel for their environment when playing.

I also had done some work in making the module into a "delve" format . I took each individual room and made them cheap module plug-ins. If you like the room, buy it and put it in your newest dungeon adventure!!

just got my hardcover. thanks for getting the links fixed. Glad to finally have a print copy I can sit back and read on the couch.

I have to say, though, I'm a little annoyed at Lulu's quality control. The bottom half of all the page numbers are cut off and they didn't do a very good job of centering the cover. I realize it's print-on-demand, but you'd think somebody would care just a little bit.

As Axemental said. Lulu has all kinds of issues with customer service, but on a messed up print, with photos of the mistake, everyone I've heard of has gotten another copy quite quickly. It's one thing they seem to do well.

Advanced Adventures #11: The Conqueror Worm is an OSRIC(TM) module designed for 6-8 adventurers of levels 10-14, written by Alphonso Warden.

Over five centuries ago, there came unto the arctic lands of the North from a far removed dimension an elder being of unfathomable menace. The White Worm, as it was called by the scholars, was a colossal creature with rubbery, corpse-white skin. The primitive humans the foul beast encountered were ill-equipped to deal with the manifold, eldritch magicks in its possession. However, before the dread worm could wholly enslave the Northern lands, the great frost giant jarl Harold Hardrada managed to deal it a near-fatal blow. And so, the White Worm entered into a deep recuperative sleep until such time as it felt strong enough to challenge the kingdoms of the North once again.

Unfortunately, the White Worm has just awakened from its centuries-long slumber, and it trying to build up its magical army once again. The PCs can prevent the completion of such by retrieving the magical weapon of the long-dead frost giant jarl and then putting the abominable White Worm to the sword in its ice-walled citadel.

The first printing has sold out, but the second print will be available on November 6, 2009. PDF and POD versions will be available through Lulu and pacesettergames.com late next week.

This is not strictly OSRIC, but a Basic / Expert Dungeon adventure.
I will be working on an OSRIC conversion shortly.

Not directly. However, Pacesetter GS may, if everything works out, acquire the license to original Pacesetter games.
Currently, the production schedule is limited to old school adventures for D&D/AD&D as well as some other systems.
Additionally, we are producing a few pocket games (i.e. Metagaming, Task Force Games, etc.).

The original Pacesetter was run by a great bunch of guys with a solid gaming philosophy. I wanted to bring that back.
