Return to Dark Tower

Post by Welleran »

The MB board game, that is, which is being revived through Kickstarter. I still have a working copy of the original that I play periodically but I’ll definitely be in for this Kickstarter.

Mine still work too, but I'll be curious to see what they do with the game. I wasn't aware of their previous Fireball Island project, either.

I hadn't ever heard of fireball island, but I sincerely hope the Dark Tower reboot is successful. There's a Flash version online, too...

I can't find that Flash version any more. :(
I did have an enjoy this game though.

I found this kooky Dark Tower Theme Remix - Kinda fun, intrigued to see what DungeonDork thinks of it. :D

Uh...it's not the same old game. It's a co-op, based on the original.

I think kooky is the exact word.
The DUNGEON MASTERS GUIDE City of Brass cover is good and bad at the same time. While its very representational of a high level adventure, it sends a clear message to the dumb: Satan is going to cornhole Miss USA with a big red member and theres nothing science or the military can do about it. - Gene Weigel

I'm a little bummed. When I saw the thread title I immediately thought about some Steven King book instead of a wacky electronic game from yesteryear. I'd kind of like to see a Dark Tower novel-based RPG.
