Ugh.
The DUNGEON MASTERS GUIDE City of Brass cover is good and bad at the same time. It is very hard to mask the smell of edition 3.5.

It's weird that the class is apparently for 3.5 (which has been obsolete for a decade). Is it an OGL thing?

I'm sure that whoever had final approval on the ad is someone with zero D&D awareness, so explaining how the OGL may on its face apply to 3.5 but can actually be used in other ways is getting too far into the weeds for executives and legal.
