This is what I'd do if I really wanted to incorporate the TA into the game, except that I don't think I'd even modify the xp table. Maybe give it just to humans as a bonus.

This begs the question: has anyone run a session with the lamest PC classes being the only permitted?
* Thief-Acrobat
* Bard [
"Strum, strum, strum...strum the useless lute!"]
* Accountant (#48)
* Bureaucrat (#74) [
"You forgot to fill out the Marching Order forms in triplicate!!"]
* Cavalier (#72; #148)
* Charlatan (#120)
* Idiot (#3)
* Scribe (#62) [His deadly weapon is calligraphy!!
"Take that, orc! Save vs. Gothic Fraktur!!!"]

That's a great idea!

I was always drawn to the Scribe, Student, Rat-catcher and Jailer type characters in Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay but we always had a Troll Slayer/Pit Fighter type of party.

The DM for this extravaganza would have to be that creepy French Mime Marcel Marceau.

The entire thing could be gestural.

The 1e bard isn't lame. He may be impossible to qualify for, but he isn't lame.
Now, the 2e bard... he's lame.
