FYI ... I'm using OSRIC
Ok, I've played a lot of D&D in my day, just not a lot of 1e. I'm going through the character creation process so I get a good feel for those rules and one I've noticed is that some classes receive xp bonuses for exceptional stats. The only thing is ... I can't find any where in the text that actually tells you what this bonus is. I know in 2e the same type of bonus existed and it was 10%. I'm assuming that is the case in 1e as well, I'd just like some confirmation.
Can anyone elaborate on this and/or point me to a page number (OSRIC) that lists what those bonuses actually are?
Thanks.
Bonus for high stats?
Re: Bonus for high stats?
I don't see it anywhere in OSRIC, either.
In 1e AD&D, the XP bonus was 10% for a high prime requisite.

Yeah, that's what I thought. Thanks.
I guess, if anything, that this might count as a wee bit of errata for the next iteration, eh?

Re: Bonus for high stats?
Sometimes things get left out to avoid conflation with AD&D; I have a vague recollection that this is one of those things, but I could be wrong.
