As in the 5th level Bard level title. For all I can tell this is not a real word. Perhaps an obscure word from another language, or a variation thereof?

Aha! I've finally found the explanation after searching. I think the racaraide is a mistake in the work cited on Dragonsfoot, which might be where the original word came from. The correct Irish according to http://www.dil.ie is reccaire and means a reciter of poems to a patron. It's pronounced a bit like "wrecker-uh".
