Knights & Knaves Alehouse

How frequently would you check for random encounters for flying creatures (do you think this might actually attract certain encounters given the visibility? I assume you'd check less frequently, but have perhaps more deadly encounters.

Also, is there an aerial encounter table in the DMG (I just paged threw it might have missed it). Thanks.
