I'd hoped they were slipcovers and the "windows" were showing the original art but obviously that can't be.

Oh well, at least they don't look any worse than the cheesy 3E covers.
I'm still on the fence about buying them. I'm not broke, but I certainly have to budget, and I'll need to justify buying books I already have.
