Tequila is the main ingredient in a "Tamoachan Special." The recipe is to put a lot of tequila in something, then drink it. Afterwards (duration depends on quantity) everything looks like it was drawn by Erol Otus. There is a slight chance that you will encounter thousands of hairy bats crawling over your skin, which is why it's a Tamoachan Special.

Why on Earth would anyone need to bring Tequila to Texas?
The DUNGEON MASTERS GUIDE City of Brass cover is good and bad at the same time. While its very representational of a high level adventure, it sends a clear message to the dumb: Satan is going to cornhole Miss USA with a big red member and theres nothing science or the military can do about it. - Gene Weigel
