Ever since, I have tried to imitate that impressive performance, but always failed.

Hope you can make it next year. :)

Belated congratulations on the birth of your future young gamer, there! Your presence will definitely be missed at the 2012 NTX convention.

Does knock-up sex ever lead to anything useful????

We miss you Sir Allen and your bottle of whiskey....hurry back!

No chance we'll get that high a count. More's the pity.

Looks like we really did break the server... can't load the site and the chat died.
NTRPGCon: Too popular for the internet.

Yeah, I got in after 10 minutes or so. Got all my games, so I'm good.

Edit: Looks like it is down again. Interesting.

Who is Ben Burns? This sounds f*cking awesome:

Moderator: Ben Burns (BenTheRat)

Game Title: Olympus Pwned
Game System : AD&D 1ed
Number of players : 4-8
Pregens/Level of characters : 16th level Pregens provided, or bring your own/ 12-20 (Neutral or Evil only)
World/Setting : Mount Olympus

Game Info: The gods have left Mount Olympus for a task only they can deal with. This only happens once a Millennium and Hades is not going to let this opportunity slip him by. You have been hired to be his heroes to open the gates for him so that he may lay claim to be king of Olympus. But just because the gods have left Olympus, does not mean that it is abandoned. Time to dust off that old high level evil character and give him a challenge like none he has ever had before.

I almost registered for that one... the concept is intriguing.
Maybe I'll just watch from a distance ;)

I also got into all the games I wanted, including Mythrus Tower run by a certain someone who posted just before me... ;)
Really excited about getting to (finally) play EPT. I've got no background or foreknowledge other than discussions online. I've never read the books. Very intrigued!

I still haven't figured out what I want to play in, so I didn't wait up to register for events.

Heading over to check out the carnage now and see what is both interesting and still available. :)

ETA

So I won't be playing CoC with Sandy Peterson. Big surprise since I wasn't online at Midnight to fight for the slot.

But, that said, my con schedule should run as follows:

Thursday night: K&K Social (although if that's a slow starter, I'll go run Circus Maximus)
Friday AM: Undecided and open (may have to work)
Friday PM: Dennis Sustare
Saturday AM: Undecided and open
Saturday PM: Tim Kask

And I've learned that Sunday I never make it to the Con in time for games, etc., although I usually show up to help break things down in the afternoon/evening.

For Friday and Saturday during the day, I might just see what's happening in the Open Play tables or turn up ready to set up a pick-up game of my own.

If you registered for Victor's game, I'm sure you'll have a good time, and get a good flavor for the EPT setting too.
