This isn't "the best" enjoyment-wise (I'd have to go with the countless Molly Hatchet covers) but I always liked the originality and artistic nature/energy of this (so its a favorite, maybe nostalgia too). It seems like a work of art in itself.

A little D&D cliched I'll admit, but I always liked Broadsword and the Beast, not just because of the cool Ian Anderson as elven warrior front cover, but the back cover was all sorts of goodness.

Dunno why, but it is always the one I think of when album covers are mentioned. I have often had visions of a black covered AD&D book with "Silver Blade Adventures" written in silver lettering on the front, maybe with a sword juxtaposed.
