I love these types of movies. I got to watch it, then.

I wanted to be offended but I enjoyed it too much.
The DUNGEON MASTERS GUIDE City of Brass cover is good and bad at the same time. While its very representational of a high level adventure, it sends a clear message to the dumb: Satan is going to cornhole Miss USA with a big red member and theres nothing science or the military can do about it. - Gene Weigel

I seldom bother; they don't listen, they just sit there, strong and dumb, on their mountain.

Public Service Announcement

Word to the wise: avoid The Human Centipede and The Human Centipede 2 (especially part two) unless you like torture and poop (or are one of those guys that just HAS to see everything).

I watched the first one, curious after reading some bad reviews ("I'll see for myself" like I did with Last House on the Left, I Spit on Your Grave, etc) and thought "Meh, whatever. Stupid." I watched the second one because it was there (and I had not read about it). Man, big mistake. It's like the first one, but nothing is left to the imagination ( ).

Anyway, hopefully I have not accidentally piqued someone's interest, but seriously, trust me, you will want your 90 minutes back.

How did I miss this thread for 6 months? :?

Had I known, I'd have posted my review of "Super" here instead of crapping all over Silk Spectre's "Questions" thread.

On topically: I've seen "Hobo With a Shotgun" on Wal-Mart shelves now for a couple of months & I'm wondering why it has a higher price tag than the latest Harry Potter movie or even "Thor"?

WTF? Is it that good, or is it because it's Rutger Hauer? I don't think it could be as good as Thor, and I really liked Thor...

I've avoided it. Someone explained the premise, and it was an instant Chuck Testa-style "NOOOOPE.", for me.
