Hi everyone,

My work has taken me to Atlanta, GA for the week. I was wondering if any of the fine folks here know of any decent game stores in the area?? Thought I would ask here before my fingers start doing the walking.

Thanks!

There was once a really great store in Atlanta called the Sword of the Phoenix, but they are no more. In fact most of the stores in and around the metro area have gone the way of the dodo. There is a game/comic shop in Marietta called Dr. No's, and there is another game/comic store in Smyrna called Titan's. I can't recall any others currently.

Sadly most of my purchases are now from the internet.

Thanks Mike D.!

I made my way to Dr. No's after work today. A fine store. A healthy mix of games and comics. Unfortunately, they did not have what I was looking for, "Wilderlands of High Fantasy" box set. But, they did have a bunch of "Role Aids" for peanuts, which brought back some memories. I bought a stack of em.

I also made my way to a store called The Great Escape. A great comic store, but a little light on games.

Glad you were able to find Dr. No's, I was just there this weekend (I don't make it to Marietta very often - even though I work right next to Cumberland mall - just inside ATL.
