I have the core books on PDF. I need them for portability on my laptop. I haven't had any problems reading them. That said, some of the other scans I've heard problems about. My Quagmire scan wasn't that good, now that I think about it. :(

The worst PDF I've seen so far is for the Rules Cyclopedia. Some modules are better than others. The scan for T1-4 is very good, IIRC.
