The main changes are fixes and standardisations to spell formats, and cutting a huge amount of whitespace (this version's 4 pages shorter and yet contains more text).
A couple of horrible howlers were also fixed... for example, lightning bolts now do 1d6 damage per level of the caster. They used to do 1d6 in total until David Prata caught that.
