Excellent! I hope to pick it up from my local store this weekend!

By the way, Joe, over on EnWorld's Review Forum your OSRIC module section seems messed up (there is only one thread and it is mistitled "OSERIC"). Is there any way to sort that out so we can submit reviews for the other modules? (I am afraid I am not at all familiar with the EnWorld review procedure).

Magique Productions has just released a bundle of all 3 of our released OSRIC modules. The bundle price is $12. That's a $4.49 savings over buying the individual modules separately.

The modules included are:

The Forgotten Isle
Dark Raiders of Misty Ridge
Advent of Darkness

Chasm of the Damned

Goodness, that was quick! Great news. I haven't even been able to pick up AA5 yet (didn't come into my local store for some reason, apparently it hasn't appeared on their computers). Are there any further releases in this series planned?

The next one is called The Sarcophagus Legion and it's written by Andrew Hind. I have to lay it out and get the art, so I'm not expecting it until October earliest. There's also one more that Suzi and I are writing called The Lost Keys of Solitude that's about 50% done in writing with not even an estimated release date. After that we have nothing lined up.

I'm probably going to open up submissions again, but we haven't yet completely decided to do so. I'd say were about 75% likely to reopen submissions right now.

EDIT: Suzi's just told me that submissions are open, so they're open. :D

Brave Halfling Publishing is proud to announce the release of:
“Breaking & Entering: A Toolbox for Thieves.”

By by Vincent Frugé (“Piper”) with Art by Andy “Atom” Taylor.
This is an OSRIC(TM) compatible product.

Image

Description:
The purpose of this document is to expand the basic idea of the thief as presented in the OSRIC™ basic rules. This is not an official rules expansion though this document was written specifically for use with the OSRIC™ rules. With a little work, it can also be used with other sword and sorcery type games popular in the 1970s and 1980s. The enterprising GM may use this material as written, in whole or in part, or simply use this material as inspiration for his or her own unique interpretation of the thief class. “Breaking & Entering” will add the following items to the GM's toolbox: New skills, and a fresh look at an existing skill set. A closer look at spying. An expanded list of weapons allowable to thieves. A new PC class based upon the thief, the Deep Scout. A new PC class, the Bard. A complete Thieves Guild Chapter House for inclusion in your home campaign. Various patron deities for the spiritually minded sneak-thief. New magic weapons both mundane and magical and miscellaneous items for the stealth based classes. While writing this material, the litmus test for the new classes, equipment, and abilities was always game balance. We have sought historical accuracy as much as possible, but accuracy has of necessity taken a back seat to making the material merge seamlessly with the existing rules. The result is in your hands.
