Iirc Axe does work for FEMA and before the storm was working the Houston area. Now with this storm he's probably up to his eyeballs with work as well.
I want to hear what you did in the dungeon, not the voting booth. Politics and rules minutia both bore me in my opinion.

The DUNGEON MASTERS GUIDE City of Brass cover is good and bad at the same time.
