Glad to hear it!

Glad you're safe and dry!Stonegiant wrote:No power here at the hotel. Otherwise we're good. Got pictures of my house. Again no flooding or wind damage I can see. Despite being close to the ocean. Waiting right now for the bridges to be inspected so they can be opened. That's two hurricanes that I got lucky and dodged a bullet.

No power at the house, and I just got power back at my office. Lots of branches in the yard, but I cleared that this morning. My mom lost five trees, but none of them hit her house. My sister in Jacksonville was also largely untouched by the storm. The main thing is we are all fine. Thanks for all the expressions of concern.Wheggi wrote:I'm hoping everyone is safe. Re: Floridians
We came through it a little battered but generally OK. Shitload of the back woods are now in our back yard in pieces. Lost a little of the front eaves. We were without power for 46.5 hours (but who's counting, eh).
Just hope Jose follows all current models and spins out to sea.

All in all, for getting socked by a frickin' hurricane, not bad! Glad you guys are okay.thedungeondelver wrote:We came through it a little battered but generally OK. Glad everyone's safe and sound, if still recovering.

Ska has logged in in the past day or two. Not sure if I can only see that because I’m a moderator, but under the circumstances it would seem reasonable to share the fact that he is alive. (Or has been hacked.)

Clearly, there's now an epidemic of hacking occurring in obscure game discussion boards. I blame Equifax, bubble-gum cards, and the wireless.Falconer wrote:Ska has logged in in the past day or two. Axemental was clearly hacked by the pod people months ago. How else to explain him skipping the K&K Social for a trip to Canada?
