If you like Arkham Horror and Eldritch Horror, you may also enjoy Pandemic, since it shares some similar mechanisms. Pandemic's not from FFG, though, and obviously has a different theme---although the same designers also designed Pandemic: Reign of Cthulhu, too (but I've not played that yet).

Re: Good Fantasy Flight games?
I prefer Eldritch Horror to Arkham Horror. Mostly due to faster gameplay, at times AH seems to me like an overlong, overcomplicated way to be eaten alive by a Great Ancient (we never won a game of AH)
For very much the same reasons (cleaned up, faster game) I prefer second edition Descent over the first edition one. Surprisingly I do not like Imperial Assault just as much.
Mansions of Madness I and II: The idea of a necessary-tablet-support-only game is something I don't like at all. First edition was way better.
Netrunner was a discovery for me, a game I didn't play back then, and one I really like.
Rebellion is crazy good. Really enjoyed it.
Fury of Dracula: GW's original was probably better by what I recall. FFG added lots of things that are not really needed IMHO.
