Yep I saw that. He was the first celebrity I met (10 years old at our local mall). Was actually a really nice charismatic guy. Always used his Batman as an example of a paladin for those trying to figure it out.

I lived for that show when I was little; can barely sit through an episode now... but I'll be watching one tonight in his honor.

My son is obsessed with that show. As I was when I was a kid. I’m actually sad about this because he has been doing the voice for some animated Batman ’66-style movies which are fun and actually kid-friendly.
