FYI, the forecast for the Con is hot-hot-hot. Triple digit heat, baby! (Forecast highs have recently dipped from 107 down to a brisk 101.)

I'm also looking joining a game Friday daytime and Saturday evening.

I'm already scheduled to run 3 games, so I'd prefer to play in someone else's game, but if y'all are willing to roll up PCs, I'm willing to kill'em!

I just looked at my schedule for the event and realize that I too have a bit of a gap on Friday afternoon. So of if someone is running a game in that time frame I would be interested in joining it as well. I am not flying in until Thursday afternoon so I will miss out on the early bird stuff. If I had realized anything was occurring before the scheduled things I would have planned accordingly.

Anybody know what's up with the NTRPG Con forums. Although topics and thread titles show, it seems like you can't look at individual posts-- and the last post was over 2 weeks ago. Is their forum down?

Okay, I'd prefer to play 1st levels so I'd rather play EOTB's game tomorrow if he's running one, otherwise I'd like to join Welleran's game. Either way I prefer to have a definite plan for tomorrow.

The one I have prepped is 5th-6th level. I ran it at Garycon this year so there’s a lot less time required for me to run it!

I’ll have two peeps in tow and I’m comfortable with any number of players. I’ll post something tomorrow when I am settled and get the lay of the land. I should be at the hotel around 3pm or so.

Grab a spot in Welleran's game, I'm still tweaking my stuff for Thursday (and my offer for on-grid wasn't for weds night).

Actually, if anyone wants to roll their own pre-gen, go ahead and get started. I'm seeing that I'm not going to have the time to put together 20 pre-gens, either. Family stuff has completely ate up the last couple of weeks (and memorial day holiday) on my end.

Edit - pre-gens...figure 100k XP, PHB classes and races, don't do any funky dual classing with the xp figures although multi-classes are OK.

Don't worry about magic items, I'll have a list to roll on at the game. Spells for M-Us/Ill subject to my review, but water-based and divination spells may have more value here than most con games (depending upon where the group takes it).

For those of you making last minute preparations, and especially for those of you attending for the first time, feel free to bring rpg products created/written/edited by convention guests for them to sign. In many cases, a signature can increase the value of the item, but more importantly, it can increase the personal value it has for you and your collection.

I heard the forums are, again, dead. I don't know the details.
