"Hey what if we made an anime out of D&D?"

You can talk about "almost" anything here.

Wizardry! The Proving Grounds of the Mad Overlord. An anime film play through of the great Sir-Tech game of the same name! And of course, it is a killer dungeon (the game, and in the anime), and cleaves very very closely to AD&D.

Enjoy!

Found a nice Wizardry clone on Android recently.
The DUNGEON MASTERS GUIDE City of Brass cover is good and bad at the same time. While its very representational of a high level adventure, it sends a clear message to the dumb: Satan is going to cornhole Miss USA with a big red member and theres nothing science or the military can do about it. - Gene Weigel

Oh that's easy! You'd get Record of Lodoss W- ... hey, that's really neat! Except it made me miss my stop because I watched it on the MTR. Worth it though!

Wandroid, it's in the google play store.

Some things are unchanged and other things are completely different.

You can make a bunch of throwaway characters and take all their gold and then delete them.
I do that while i try to get rolls with high amount of stat points to spend, about 1 in 100 you will get a great roll with 16-20 points to spend.
You'll have to make a map but that's the point, ya know?
Choose OK to kick through doors.

The humor in it is pretty good. Esp. at the very, very end (complaining about the Temple).

Best part of this anime was the subtitles showing that they were using the spells from the game. Super cool.

I know, right? All those little touches - right up to and including the Ninja being named "Hawkwind" (the intro "story" in the instruction manual for W1 has a band of adventurers led by one named that).
