Gary Oldman - the depth and breadth of his characters are amazing to me.

Kurt Russell. When I add up the number of his movies that I not only enjoyed but rewatch from my favorite movies he outpaces John Wayne, Bogart, William Powell and Sean Connery for me.

My favorite is Charlton Heston.

Jackie Chan, Bud Spencer, Terence Hill, Christina Ricci

Robert Donat. I saw him in Sabotage Agent (The Adventures of Tartu). I dare you to watch that film and not come to agreement about his talent.

Harvey Keitel hands down.

Ladies first:- Charlize Theron and Kate Beckinsale. Capable of playing the action heroine and hot chick roles; but not limited to them.

Then the gentlemen:- Gary Oldman and Benedict Cumberbatch, for counterpart reasons.
