I rent a conference room...$36 buckas an event ..for 4 hours.. we play 1 x per month..so its affordable.. has room for 10 comfortably...climate controled private conference room with chars and a conference table... clean restrooms on the same floor.. smoking terrace (if needed) its neutral territory...
